Who is ASIMGO?
ASIMGO is a travel eSIM store built on Shopify, selling data only plans for more than 190 countries and regions with no app of any kind. Buying, installing and topping up all happen through the website and a web based My eSIMs account page. The operator named in the site's own footer and privacy policy is Microdrive Technology Limited, giving an address on King Fuk Street in San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, though no company registration number is published anywhere on the site and the domain itself was only registered in March 2026.
Plans for most countries come in three shapes: a fixed Total data pool, a Daily allowance that renews each day up to a limit before slowing, and Unlimited, which on the plans checked is sold in a plain version alongside a speed capped Unlimited 10Mbps version. The regular plan for a country does not always carry a local exit IP either: Turkey's own spec table showed Network IP GB,PL and Japan's showed HK, so a separate and pricier Local IP or Local Unlimited Data product exists for travelers who need one. No ID checks apply to any plan, including a Mongolia product that bundles a real local phone number with unlimited calls and SMS, and Trustpilot shows only 6 reviews at 4.0 out of 5, too few to draw any conclusion from.

- The standard plan for a country does not always give a local IP: Turkey's own spec table showed Network IP GB,PL and Japan's regular plan showed Network IP HK, so a separate, pricier Local IP or Local Unlimited Data product is needed for an in country IP address
- Cancelling because a phone is carrier locked or not eSIM compatible still costs a fee of 2.50 SGD or 10% of the order, whichever is higher
- Refund eligibility ends the moment the eSIM profile is installed, and deleting the profile afterward voids any remaining claim
