Saily eSIM review
The short answer. Saily sells prepaid travel eSIM plans in 193 countries, and its cheapest rate today is $0.62 per GB. Its median rate of $2.99 per GB is about 6% above the $2.83 median across every plan we track. You are paying above the middle of the market for a typical plan here, so open the country page for your destination before you buy: it ranks every seller we track on the same maths.
No editor chose this rating. It is computed from live catalogue data: value for money, country coverage, features and service reputation. It cannot be bought. See how it is calculated.
Have we checked these prices?
Not yet. Saily's prices here come from their own feed, and we have not built a checker for their shop yet, so nothing on this page has been confirmed against what a buyer actually sees. We are adding shop checks provider by provider and this page will say so when it is done.
A feed is not a shop. Feeds can list products that are not on sale, describe them differently, or carry a stale price, so a price nobody has checked again is only a number we copied.
Who is Saily?
Saily is the travel eSIM brand from Nord Security, the Lithuanian founded company best known for NordVPN. It launched in 2023, operates through Saily Inc in Chicago, and has grown into one of the biggest names in the market, with data plans in over 200 destinations and one of the largest review footprints of any eSIM seller.
Everything runs through the Saily app, which guides the install without a QR code on most phones, handles top ups, and bundles security extras such as an ad blocker, web protection and a virtual location tool into every plan. An optional US phone number can be added for 99 cents a month, though that add on needs full ID verification.
In our own price tracking Saily sits in the mid range on price per GB. It is rarely the absolute cheapest, and what you get for the difference is polish: a 4.7 star app on both stores, 24/7 live chat that answers in minutes, and a refund policy that actually exists.
How Saily works, in detail

Why Saily scores 4.3 out of 5

Saily eSIM FAQ
What people ask before they buy a Saily eSIM, answered from live data
Is Saily legit?
Saily is a real seller with 1196 live plans in our catalogue covering 193 countries, and every one of those prices is checked again at each catalogue refresh. How much does a Saily eSIM cost?
Saily plans run from $1.49 to $99.99. Ranked by real price per GB the best rate is 20 GB for 30 Days at $12.49, which is $0.62 per GB. Across the whole catalogue the median is $2.99 per GB against a market median of $2.83, so a typical Saily plan is dearer than the market.
Does Saily have a discount code?
Yes. ESIMWATCHDOG: 10% off at Saily checkout We tested it at Saily's own checkout before listing it, and using it never changes where Saily ranks on this site.
Which countries does Saily cover?
193 countries in our catalogue. The cheapest Saily destinations by price per GB right now are Austria ($0.62), Israel ($0.65), Bulgaria ($0.77). Every country in the table on this page links to its full comparison, where Saily is ranked against every other provider we track.
Can I use a Saily eSIM as a hotspot?
Allowed on most supported devices, depends on device and plan type.
Does Saily sell unlimited data plans?
537 of its 1196 plans are sold as unlimited. In practice they are fair use plans: full speed up to a daily allowance, then slower. That is why they carry no price per GB in our tables.
How do I install a Saily eSIM?
App guided install, no QR needed on most devices. Enable data roaming for the Saily line. Buy the plan online, scan the QR code on wifi before you fly, and leave the new line switched off until you land. Then turn on data roaming for the Saily line and give it a minute to attach to a network. If the code will not install, our guide to eSIM QR code errors covers every message a phone can show.
