Who is Yatelo?
Yatelo is a travel eSIM brand launched in 2024 and run by Nimbleedge Inc. It is one of the newest names we compare, and it shows in both directions: the pricing is aggressive and the public track record behind it is still thin.
The catalogue is genuinely wide for a two year old company, with plans in more than two hundred destinations plus nine regional and global bundles, and the feed we import publishes the actual partner network in each country rather than leaving coverage as a claim. Everything is bought and managed in the app, hotspot is allowed, and a small number of plans in a few countries include voice minutes and texts, which is unusual in travel eSIM.
On price they sit near the sharp end of our tables rather than the middle. Where Yatelo does not yet compete is reputation: there is no meaningful Trustpilot presence, and the fair use rules on their unlimited plans are not written down anywhere public. We raised both points with them directly and they acknowledged both, which is more than most sellers do. Read the score on this page with that in mind: our rating drops the service component when a provider has fewer than 25 public reviews rather than guessing at it, so Yatelo is scored on coverage, value and features alone. It is a good score with less evidence behind it than a provider carrying tens of thousands of reviews.

How Yatelo works, in detail
Activation
Buy in the app or on the site, install by QR code or one tap, then switch on data roaming for the Yatelo line when you land.
Plan type
Data only on almost every plan. A small number of plans in a few countries add voice minutes and texts, which is rare in this market.
Validity clock
Plans run from 3 to 30 days. Nothing longer, so this is not the provider for a multi month trip.
Hotspot sharing
Allowed.
5G access
5G on a large share of plans where the partner network supports it, otherwise 4G. Their feed names the actual local network per country, which most feeds do not.
Top-ups
Handled in the app. Their published terms do not set out top up rules, so we make no claim either way and the plans we import carry no top up flag.

Refunds
Their terms say a refund may be considered only where you cannot use the service because of a fault on their side, and the request has to be made within 30 days of purchase. The clause worth reading twice: they are not obliged to refund at all if they fix the problem within ten days of being told about it. That is a narrower promise than most sellers here make.

Check before you buy
- Their unlimited plans are a daily allowance, either 2 GB or 3 GB a day depending on the plan, and slow to about 1 Mbps after it. Our table shows the daily figure rather than pretending there is a per GB rate
- A 3 GB a day plan over ten days is 30 GB of full speed data, so compare it against a 30 GB fixed plan before assuming unlimited is better value
- Refunds are only considered for faults on their side, not for a change of plan
- Nothing longer than 30 days exists, so a longer trip needs a second purchase
